Module One - Producers
This module provides the essential guide for producer compliance (manufacturers, importers or re-branders)
The module instructs you on what you need to consider when:
- Choosing your Producer Compliance Scheme.
- Selecting your Business to Consumer (B2C) options under Regulation 8.
- Understanding your Business to Business (B2B) options under Regulation 9.
- Ensuring correct documentation for compliance.
- Applying the product marking under EN 50419 (2006) to your items.
- Registering your product ID marks.
- Marketing your Compliance.

Module Two – Business End User
This module provides the essential guide for end users of WEEE
The module includes instruction on:
- WEEE disposal when procuring new EEE.
- Your B2B disposal options under Regulation 9.
- Your B2C disposal options under Regulation 8.
- Your financial responsibilities and how to minimise them.
- Income generation through Regulation 39.
- Choosing the proper WEEE disposal contractor.

Module two training is ideal for those who work directly in the management of waste disposal within their organisation; Such as Waste Managers, Facility Managers Health and Safety, Environmental and Operations Officers for both the Public and Private Sector.
